Martin Moore med en baggrund som illustrator er designer og ejer af virksomheden, mens Laila Madsen er syerske og syer alle t-shirts i hendes studie i Ikast. nordpaa har en ambition om at være en af de helt få tøjdesignere, hvor alle led i produktionen foregår lokalt i Danmark.
