VEJRHØJ er grundlagt af iværksætteren, Janus Aarup, som ville skabe en kollektion af træure ud fra sin passion for design, ure og forkærlighed for træ. Den første kollektion blev skabt i udgangen af 2013, mens Janus arbejdede på sin kandidatafhandling om dansk design i USA. VEJRHØJs seneste kollektion er skabt i samarbejde med den anerkendte danske designer, Bo Bonfils. Kollektionen kombinerer træ og stål med et unikt maritimt udtryk.

VEJRHØJ is founded by the entrepreneur, Janus Aarup, who set out to create a collection of wooden watches based on his passion for design, craftsmanship and timepieces. The first small collection was created, while Janus still was working on his master’s thesis regarding the rise of Danish design. Recently, VEJRHØJ has teamed up with the grand old man of Danish design, Bo Bonfils, to create a collection of wood and steel with a distinctive maritime touch.
