FindersKeepers design market in Aarhus takes place in the beautiful ‘Rå Hal’ at Godsbanen in Aarhus, centrally located just behind Musikhuset. We fill the raw space with talented designers and creative entrepreneurs and welcomes the guests to a weekend filled with great design!

As participating designer you have a unique opportunity for getting feedback on your products by engaging directly with customers and it is a fantastic opportunity to network with the other designers and professionals who visit the market. In addition, your brand is promoted through FindersKeepers’ communication channels and it is a great occasion for you to activate your own as well.

EXHIBITION BOOTH CATEGORIES // 

It is possible to book exhibition booths in sizes from 2x2m (width x debth) within the catories BASIC, PLUS, and PREMIUM.

BASIC EXHIBITION BOOTHS //

With a BASIC exhibition booth you get:

  • Floorspace at a great price in sizes from 2x2m to 2x4m.
  • One open booth side, meaning you’ll have neighbours/wall on three of the booths sides.
  • Booth placement depending on market design and how it can all fit together.

PLUS EXHIBITION BOOTHS //

With a PLUS exhibition booth you get:

  • Floorspace in sizes from 2x3m to 2x5m.
  • Minimum two open booth sides, meaning that at least one of the booths corners is open.
  • Booth placement towards two walk areas.

PREMIUM EXHIBITION BOOTHS //

With a PREMIUM exhibition booth you get:

  • Floorspace in sizes from 2x4m til 2x5m, or in special size by request.
  • Minimum two open booth sides, meaning that at least one of the booths corners is open.
  • Guaranteed central placement facing the areas with most traffic.

EXHIBITION BOOTH PLACEMENT //

You will be informed of your exhibition booth placement upon your arrival at the market.

FREE EXHIBITION BOOTHS & STUDENT DISCOUNT //

At FindersKeepers we wish to support the designers of the future. For this reason, we give students the opportunity to apply for one of the 2 FREE booths (2x2m). You can also apply to get 50% student discount on a booth of your own choice. To eligible you must be able to present a valid student ID.

Note: the discount is only on the exhibition booth and not on any booth accessories.

EXHIBITION BOOTH ACCESSORIES //

In addition to the floorspace we also offer the opportunity of renting tables, chairs, display walls, s-hooks, and power outlets.

We recommend the use of display walls as it strengthens the visual expression of a booth – especially for those with posters, prints and other that needs to hang. You are welcome to bring your own display walls.

VENUE //

The ‘Rå Hal’ is a raw and rustic industrial space. We find the look of the space amazing and think it creates the perfect setting for FindersKeepers Design Market in Aarhus. As it is a raw space, you should be aware that your booth may have wooden beams, wires, pipes etc.
