WELCOME TO FINDERSKEEPERS!

… And a big congrats with your booth. We are looking so forward to seeing you and getting the market opened. However, before we can do that, we need some materials from you, so we can promote the market and attract a lot of customers.

We do our best to ensure that all the participating designers who send us the right materials are promoted on our website, but we cannot guarantee you all to be featured on our website or in the newsletter – or on Facebook and Instagram.

UPLOAD OF TEXT FOR WEBSITE //

Write a short text for your profile on our website:

• We recommend you write it in the 3rd person.
• If you can write both a Danish and an English version of the text.
• The text must be written in a Word document or PDF and uploaded to our Dropbox.
• Name the text file like this: “yourbrand_txt” (example: finderskeepers_txt)
  (i.e. Only use your brandname, not your own name – unless this is also your brand name)

Picture guideline:
We want all the participating brands to be presented as good as possible, as this attract a lot more customers. That is why we care very much about the quality of the pictures on our site. To ensure that the page is presentable, we reserve the right not to upload images that we believe will reduce the quality or fail to meet the following requirements:

• Images should be environmental images where your products are presented with other objects. We are not using packshots on the website.
• Images must not be collages or with any frames.
• Images must not have logo and / or text.

Requirements:

• The images must be 100% square in 1600×1600 pixels.
• The images must be in low resolution (72 dpi) i.e. the pictures can as a maximum fill 500 KB.
  (too big pictures make our entire website slow)
  If you have Photoshop, you can use the “Save for Web” feature.
• The images must be saved in .jpg format
• The images must be named as “brandname_web1”, “brandname_web2”, etc. (example: FindersKeepers_web1)

Note: We can only add pictures to the website if they are in the correct format! If your images are not in the correct format, do not upload them.

UPLOAD OF VISUAL MATERIAL FOR PROMOTION //

Select 5-6 of your best pictures in high resolution, we can use on our social media profiles and newsletter:

Picture guideline:
The pictures could for example be photos of the design process, photos of your exhibition booth, products styled in your universe. No packshots.

Requirements:

• There is no requirements to the size regarding pixels or KB/GB/MB.
• The pictures must be in good quality and high resolution as a minimum 300 dpi.
• Photos must be named as: “yourbrand_1”, “yourbrand_2” etc. (example: finderskeepers_1, finderskeepers_2)

INFORMATION ABOUT INVOICING AND PAYMENT //

You will no earlier than three months before the market receive an invoice, which we ask that you pay according to the due date.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE MARKET //

When we get closer to the market and have received your payment, we will send you further information about all the practical about your participation at the market.
