Maria Holmskov
I 2020 blev MARIA HOLMSKOV grundlagt på Nørrebro, i København, med visionen om at sætte fokus på håndværket i skabelsen af beklædning samt en mission om at bidrage til slow fashion.
Print er den centrale del af MARIA HOLMSKOV, hvor inspirationen oftes findes i blomster med en personlig historie til designeren. Hvert print skabes af håndmalede elementer, som designeren maler, sammensætter og derefter får digitalprintet i Europa. Kollektionerne er bygget op omkring printede silke tørklæder samt tilhørende udvalg af tøj og andre accessories.
For at minimere spild og dead stock vil kollektionerne være en blanding af made-to-order og ready-to-order. Der vil være potientiale for at lave genbestillinger i alle kollektionerne.

Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, MARIA HOLMSKOV was founded in 2020 with a focus on the craftsmanship in the creation of garments and a mission of contributing to slow fashion.
Print is the central component of MARIA HOLMSKOV. Drawing inspiration from flowers with a personal connection to the designer, sections of the flowers naturally occurring patterns form the basis for each unique print created. The proces begins with hand painted elements which are pieced together, assembled and then digitally printed in Europe. Each collection is built around printed silk scarves, with a small complimentary selection of clothing and accessoires.
To minimize waste and dead stock, the collections are balanced between made-to-order and small ready-to-order quantities. All collections will also have the potential for re-order.
