Emil Monty Freddie er oldebarn af surrealisten Wilhelm Freddie, og barnebarn af modefotografen Jørn Freddie. Han er uddannet mode- og reklamefotograf og arbejder til daglig i sit atelier i København. Monty’s personlige projekter tæller blandt andet en portrætbog på 2.000 portrætter fra NorthSide og en bog om hænder. En bog han stadig arbejder på. Plakaterne er en del af Monty’s personlige projekter.

Emil Monty Freddie is the grandson of the Danish surrealist Wilhelm Freddie, and grandson of fashion photographer Jørn Freddie. He is an educated fashion/commercial photographer and works in his studio in Copenhagen. The personal projects of Monty counts an upcoming book of 2000 portraits include a portrait all shot on NorthSide Festival, and also a book about hands. A project he is still currently working on. The posters are also a part of Monty’s personal projects.
