Suplais blev til igennem sin grundlæggers rejser rundt i verden. Efter at have rejst og besøgt markeder fulde af frugter og blomster, lært forskellige kulturer at kende og suget så meget farve til sig, vendte Merlina tilbage til Argentina, hendes oprindelsesland, og begyndte at arbejde med glaspustning, med hjælp fra lokale håndværkere.

Suplais was inspired by its founder’s travels around the world. After traveling and visiting markets full of fruits and flowers, getting to know different cultures and soaking up so much color, Merlina returned to Argentina, her country of origin, and began to venture with the help of local artisans in glass blowing.

Reclaiming this ancient technique and recovering glass in disuse, they seek to create timeless pieces to accompany you in the day to day and also awaken your inner child, because through the game with the pieces, Suplais invite you to use the creativity that we all have.
