COVID19 & FINDERSKEEPERS

How do I act in relation to Covid19 and traveling around in DK?

First, we are so glad and grateful that you are coming all the way to Denmark! And we are trying our best to stay as updated as possible on the restrictions with regard to Covid19. The rules to entry Denmark depend firstly, on whether you are resident of an open or a banned country. But you can read much more about that and how to act with regard to Covid19 on the page of the Danish Police.

Do you have an application deadline?

We do not have a application deadline, we select and evaluate as we go. But we do however urge you to apply as soon and early as possible as we have a limited number of stalls.

When will I get an answer on my application?

After you click “apply” the following page will show a confirmation of your application.

We process applications on an ongoing basis and as soon as it has been decided if your application can be approved we will send you an e-mail. In this you will be informed of the exhibition booth category we can offer you.

Can we be two to share a booth?

If both brands are approved you can. Write a comment in your application and make sure you present both brands. In case one of the brands cannot be approved we will contact you.

Which type of booth should I choose?

The type of booth you should choose mainly depends on how much floor space you need, how you wish to decorate your booth, and where you’d like the booth to be placed.

The different categories we offer are:

BASIC EXHIBITION BOOTHS //

  • Floorspace at a great price in sizes from 2x3m to 2x4m.
  • One open booth side, meaning you’ll have neighbours/wall on three of the booths sides.
  • Booth placement depending on market design and how it can all fit together.

PLUS EXHIBITION BOOTHS //

  • Floorspace in sizes from 2x3m to 2x5m.
  • Minimum two open booth sides, meaning that at least one of the booths corners is open.
  • Booth placement towards two walk areas.

PREMIUM EXHIBITION BOOTHS //

  • Floorspace in sizes from 2x4m to 3x4m, or in special size by request.
  • Minimum two open booth sides, meaning that at least one of the booths corners is open.
  • Guaranteed central placement facing the areas with most traffic.
Can I rent accessories such as tables, display walls and clothing racks?

Do i need to be VAT registered?

No – you are more than welcome no matter what!
